What started off as a normal day in the woods suddenly spirals into madness, when Arthur's younger brother, Will, is accidently killed in a derelict house and his soul is taken by a demon and dragged down into hell. With no other options available, Arthur decides to plunge into the depths and save his brother's soul from eternal condemnation. Whilst travelling through the woeful realm, he comes across a demon, who offers to guide him through the circles of Hell to save his brother, in exchange for a way out of hell; but may have other plans in mind.
Characters
Arthur
A troublesome schoolboy and the older brother of Will. He is an underachieving troublemaker, who constantly pranks anyone he can target, whether it's at home or at school. He is also known to steal, lie, cheat, and sometimes throw fits of anger if he cannot have his way. Despite all these wrongdoings, his parents try hard to make him a better person, but to no avail. His greatest and easiest target is his younger brother, Will, who he constantly torments and harasses almost every waking moment of his life.
He has a care-free and laid back disposition, and doesn't seem overly bothered by how much he hurts other peoples' feeling or makes angry, as he takes joy in making others miserable. In many ways, he can be considered a bully; especially since he targets those he can take advantage of.
Nith
A cunning she-demon who seeks a way out of Hell, by any means she can find. Although at first she is quick to dismiss Arthur's pleas for help, she later changes her mind. In return for offering him safe passage through Hell to find Will, Arthur promises to get her out with him and his brother. However, she secretly plots to abandon him to his fate (if she has to), hoping to gain access to a supposed hidden exit, that only a holy object can allow those who wish to pass through.
Born in Hell to the archdemons, Lilith and Samael, she has only ever known Hell her entire life.
